Job Description
- Is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls for guests and staff.
- Acts promptly and professionally on guest needs
- Ensures the privacy of our guests and families as well as respect culture and sense of place
- Build friendly relationship with colleagues in all areas
- Is familiar with all emergency procedures as Switchboard is a main communication point in case of emergency. Is also familiar with the use of the fire panel
- Takes note of information, updates, and instruction by the guest service Supervisor.
