Fitout Project Director
Job Summary:
Project Director Fit Out is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fit out projects from concept to completion. The position holder will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position will manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that project objectives are met and that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Leads the overall coordination of efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Specialty/industry relevant (required).
• Minimum 5 years in GCC (preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Master's degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering and Operations Management

Pay: ﷼59,000.00 - ﷼68,000.00 per month

- Oversees the management of all aspects of fit out projects from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Entrust his team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that project objectives are met and that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Approves implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensures that they are monitored and updated on an ongoing basis.
- Overlooks all project activities are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitors and analyzes project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose recommendations as required.
- Manages and approves all project change requests, and ensure that all changes are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the project team.
- Reviews and acts upon regular reports on project status and report progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develops the project program consistent with contracted constraints and team management.
- Evaluates all project disruptions to determine entitlement and cause to be completed.

- Spearheads the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
- Coordinates with the supervising consultant to establish all deliverables, inspections, intermediate sign-offs, close-out coordination, interface with municipalities, and emergency procedures.
- Executes and ensures full constructability review of all project design and specification.
- Experience and thorough understanding of project management, with a focus on fit out projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in all aspects of fit out projects, including design, engineering, Efficient leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
