As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various product lines, including Drilling Services, Completions, Fishing, Rental, and Drilling Fluid, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance and support in fishing operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices, driving continuous improvement in fishing operations.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex fishing challenges, proposing innovative solutions to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fishing operations, ensuring compliance and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of field-related experience, preferably as a driller on a rig or fishing supervisor
Broad knowledge of Fishing products and services, acquired through comprehensive Workshop & Class training
Exceptional organization and communication skills to effectively present yourself as a technical Fishing & Re-Entry specialist to clients
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships
General knowledge of various completion methods (e.g., Cased-Hole/Open-Hole completions)
Physical capability to respond promptly to emergency situations
