Job Overview
Field Specialist I – Fishing - Intervention Services & Drilling Tools. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued clients. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various product lines, including Drilling Services, Completions, Fishing, Rental, and Drilling Fluid, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Field Specialist I – Fishing - Intervention Services & Drilling Tools. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued clients. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various product lines, including Drilling Services, Completions, Fishing, Rental, and Drilling Fluid, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support in fishing operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices, driving continuous improvement in fishing operations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex fishing challenges, proposing innovative solutions to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fishing operations, ensuring compliance and adherence to safety standards.
- Expert knowledge of fishing operations and techniques
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Minimum of 5 years of field-related experience, preferably as a driller on a rig or fishing supervisor
- Broad knowledge of Fishing products and services, acquired through comprehensive Workshop & Class training
- Exceptional organization and communication skills to effectively present yourself as a technical Fishing & Re-Entry specialist to clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships
- General knowledge of various completion methods (e.g., Cased-Hole/Open-Hole completions)
- Physical capability to respond promptly to emergency situations
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Well control certification is preferred
