Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for healthy, high-quality snacks? We’re seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to independently manage our field sales efforts across Saudi Arabia, focusing on key retailers like Danube, Lulu, and Tamimi. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with retailers, and ensure Wholly Hearty products are well represented across the market.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month

We’re seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to independently manage our field sales efforts across Saudi Arabia, focusing on key retailers like Danube, Lulu, and Tamimi. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with retailers, and ensure Wholly Hearty products are well represented across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage sales activities to meet and exceed company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, negotiating terms and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market presence and grow market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback to management on market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align on promotional activities and stock levels.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure the proper execution of sales plans.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
- 5-7 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience working with major retailers (Danube, Lulu, Tamimi, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG market trends and dynamics.
- Monthly package: SAR 6,000 - 8,000 (including Basic Salary, Housing Allowance, and Transportation).
- Attractive commission and performance-based incentives.
- Additional benefits as per company policy.
