Are you a dynamic and self-motivated professional ready to elevate your career by supporting our leadership team in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) and the Leadership Team (LT) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for someone who is curious & acts as owner to take on challenges and can contribute to the success of our team with dedication and efficiency. Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travel logistics, accommodations, and visas for the MD.
  • Collaborate with departments on existing tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain MD's calendar.
  • Support expense tracking and reporting for the MD and the team, ensuring compliance with policy and approval process.
  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
  • Plan and organize company events and meetings.
  • Ensure timely submissions and avoid any delays in processes.
  • Work collaboratively with Communication, Legal, Compliance, and business management teams on various projects.
  • Maintain and organize office filing systems.


Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (proficiency in English and Arabic preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Expenses systems.
  • Minimum of three years of experience, preferably in a high-level executive setting.
