Job Summary:
The Events Executive handles all enquiries for Events (ex: Meetings, weddings, Social, gala dinners, corporate events, gatherings, fashion shows, concerts) and is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process from enquiry, contracting, planning and ensure a smooth operational introduction and handover.
As a Events Executive, we rely on you to,
Preparing proposal, letter of agreement, group resume, site inspection sheet, banquet event order for all market segments
Hotel site inspection if require
Meeting with organizer when necessary
Ensure revenue maximized for meeting rooms and ballroom
Daily market intelligence
Daily follow up on proposal and agreement with due cutoff date
Daily communication with Hotel Operation team
Follow up with organizer for upcoming event
What we are Looking For:
At least 2 year working experience in similar position
Ability to work long hours
Ability to multi-task
Ability to adapt to new ideas
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language)
Computer Knowledge.
