Main Responsibilities:

Assess and apply marketplace trends to assigned enterprise accounts.
- Drive and manage the communication with governmental sectors through all of their entities.
- Establish and drive strategic area , accounts and opportunities plan for achieving goals.
- Drive market share growth through new business opportunity realizing, amplifying and protecting exiting business that achieve sales and profitability objectives.
- Manage and drive the development of their accounts, including key activities such as strategic account management, post-sales implementation process, pipeline management, opportunity management and territory management with minimal oversight.
- Maintain complete and accurate customers data in Aforce.
- Establish and build deep understanding of account needs, stakeholders, and competitive situation.
- Negotiate long term contracts.
- Oversee progress of cross-functional implementation team (post-sale).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree or above in clinical/medical
-
More than 7 years’ experience in healthcare / diagnostics industry

Strong solution selling and relationship building skills by individual

Strong people sense of key stakeholders and customer dynamics

Extensive experience managing strategic accounts/key accounts

Experience working with senior level executives

Ability to influence team member activities (without direct reporting relationship)

Superior communication skills
