Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher who can not only teach but also contribute to developing lesson plans and managing our curriculum. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about empowering students, skilled in curriculum design, and willing to engage in administrative tasks to support our growing institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching: Deliver high-quality English language instruction to students from Pre K-12 levels, focusing on enhancing their communication and writing skills.
Curriculum Development: Create engaging lesson plans, develop learning materials, and adapt existing curriculum to meet the needs of our diverse student body.
Assessment: Design and implement assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
Administrative Support: Assist in managing classroom schedules, coordinating with other staff members, and handling basic administrative duties as required.
Program Enhancement: Collaborate with the team to improve and expand the English language programs, including preparing students for certifications like IELTS and TESOL.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent is a plus.
Proven experience in teaching English, preferably in a classroom setting.
Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
A passion for teaching and empowering students to achieve their full potential.
Female candidates are preferred due to the cultural and educational environment in Jeddah.
