Our growing business is searching for a PR & Communications Director to manage community engagement, media & public relations, and stakeholders. If you are an experienced and competent individual with in-depth communication and Public Relations management knowledge, then we’re looking for you!
Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You will directly be reporting to the PMO Director and will regularly interact with representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management, engineering, and construction
Qualifications Community Engagement:
Create local networks of community members for successful implementation of the planting trees KPIs
Provide opportunities for the community to interact with the Program in representatives to discuss and express concerns
Execute the community engagement plan & projects to assist the Program in achieving its KPIs
Define and utilize an appropriate set of communication tools and materials tailored to different audiences to convey critical messages to the citizens
Build and maintain good working relationships with community representatives and school and departmental staff to support the successful delivery of the communication program.
Media and public relations:
Manage the public relations consulting company to ensure optimal delivery.
Execute the public relations plan & projects to assist the Program in achieving its KPIs
Develop and plan marketing projects to assist the Program in achieving its KPIs (e.g., creating and managing a content calendar, scheduling deadlines, etc.)
Collaborate with writers and graphic designers to create advertising content
Determine marketing campaign budgets and contents
Manage and supervise marketing projects, ensure continuity and awareness
Measure marketing campaigns' results and adjust the marketing plan accordingly
Stakeholder management:
Identify and engage key stakeholders within the Client and other Saudi ministries and agencies necessary for the successful operation of the PMO
Demonstrate an understanding of their existing project commitments and constraints to engage fully in the coordinated delivery of the implementation plan.
Propose how stakeholders would be communicated with, engaged, and coordinated in the normal course of operations of the PMO.

Manage the relationship with stakeholders in Riyadh city and coordinate with them on the geographical scope of the program
Identify, prioritize, and document other relevant stakeholders
Develop action plans for stakeholder engagement, collect data, and inform Track changes from stakeholders that could influence the program and align on the changes with a corresponding project team (e.g., new legal mandates in greening)
Organize meetings and events with relevant stakeholders
Manage conflicts of interest according to guidelines
