We are looking for a skilled MIS Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel, Power BI, and data reporting, along with a solid understanding of analytical techniques.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel, Power BI, and data reporting, along with a solid understanding of analytical techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
- Create, update, and distribute comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data, understand reporting needs, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
- Conduct statistical analyses to forecast trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data management and reporting.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on data interpretation and the use of reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
