This function as Crew Administrator includes supporting crew coordination and crew training department within Flight Operations department.
You will be working in a multicultural and dynamic environment liaising with Crew members based all around the world.
Coordinating with different departments withing the organization will be part of role.
We’re looking for a motivated team player with high work ethics and wiliness to learn.
Main Responsibilities
Updating and maintaining operational systems with flight crew relevant documents
Monitoring, organizing, and maintaining different Crew member certificates including (Medicals, Licenses, Visa, Validations, Training certificates, etc.) Updating records in different databases
Supporting Flight Crew Members with different requests and documentation.
Organizing Uniforms for Flight Crew Members
Assisting of Onboarding of new Flight Crew Members and Contractors
Invoice Management
Supporting with Organization of Training events
Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Main Responsibilities Cont.
Experience in Administrative roles, or client facing roles
Experience in Aviation environment is of advantage
Fluent in English, written and spoken. German language is of advantage.
Computer literate (MS Office)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
Willingness to adapt and react to quickly changing operational environment
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, have initiative and be creative
Excellent team spirit with ability to work independently
Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values.
