Creative Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Creative Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process and overseeing client relationships, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards. This role is key in driving both production efficiency and client satisfaction, working directly with clients in Riyadh, as well as managing creative teams and freelancers.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for two clients, handling creative briefs, project input, and in-person meetings in Riyadh.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consistently identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Responsible for maintaining high client satisfaction by delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, from TV productions to social media graphics, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Lead internal design teams and manage freelancers to deliver both long-term and short-term creative projects.
- Implement checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient project tracking and completion.
- Manage appearances and logistics for talent, participants, and stakeholders involved in various productions.
- Coordinate stakeholder, client, and internal approvals to ensure a smooth production workflow.
- Leverage client relationships to generate referrals and bring in 2-3 new clients per quarter.
- Work to expand business opportunities within existing clients by identifying additional needs and offering creative solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in production and client management, preferably within the media or creative industries.
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Arabic and comfortable with client-facing roles.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to foresee potential project challenges.
