Responsibilities:
Assess and Analyze: Conduct thorough assessments of existing consumer IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
Design Solutions: Develop and design robust IAM solutions tailored to consumer needs, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and federated identities.
Implementation: Lead the implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to existing services and a smooth transition for users.
User Management: Oversee user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, ensuring accurate and timely updates to access controls.
Security Audits: Perform regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, cybersecurity teams, and other stakeholders to align IAM strategies with overall business objectives.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on IAM processes and tools.
Skills:
A minimum of 3 years of related experience with user provisioning and de-provisioning.
Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, follow written policies standards and procedures, and provide consistent and superior customer service.
Strong knowledge and experience with different IAM Technologies such as Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and MS Identity Management (FIM/MIM)
Strong knowledge of the different authentication protocols: Kerberos, LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, OAuth
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Certifications – Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
Experience with different IAM Technologies such as Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and MS Identity Management (FIM/MIM)
