CNC Programmer cum Operator
Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
- Develop, write, and modify CNC programs for production machines based on technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
- Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the design, engineering, and fabrication teams to interpret blueprints and create accurate production parts.
- Set up and calibrate machinery before production runs, ensuring proper tools and materials are used.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CNC machine operation and programming.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that parts meet design specifications and tolerances.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize machine downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new CNC programming techniques, and advancements in machining technologies.
- Maintain and follow safety protocols, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, with a strong understanding of CNC machining and programming.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Solid Works, Auto CAD) and G-code programming.
- Experience with various materials (e.g., metals, plastics, wood) and familiarity with their machining properties.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in the themed entertainment or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of robotics and automation in CNC machining.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
