Civil Project Manager

Key Accountabilities :

Direct engineering activities, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, or other governmental regulations.
Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at the project site.
Manage project budget, quality, time, and safety.
Negotiate the contracts of subcontractors, and communicate with inspectors and architects.
Meet with site engineers and coordinate the delivery of materials with vendors.
Coordinate with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specifications
Schedule and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met
Monitor project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits.
Review plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvement
Monitor the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Provide technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project.
Develop project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestones along the way
Assisting in the development of bids for projects that may be put out to bid by clients.
Ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction.

Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at the project site.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Job Specifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related field.
Skills: Structural Design and Structural Shop Drawings.
Experience:20 years of related experience.
