Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architect (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a wide variety of conventional and moderately - complex architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architect (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a wide variety of conventional and moderately - complex architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques.
What You'll Be Doing:

Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.

Perform CAD drawings, BIM models, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.

Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials. Interfaces with suppliers as required.

Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.

Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.

Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract.

Develops design solutions proficiently and prepares high quality presentation drawings.

Renders based on understanding of local and international regulation and Building Code.

Prepares technical packages from concept design, through Design development, Final Design to Tender and Contract documentation

Produces and manages Production Information, working designs and high-quality presentation drawings.

Attend site to assist with supervision of installation of the contract works.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a recognized university is required.

2+ years of related experience in sketching, rendering, model-building, and presentation drawing.

Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required (3DMAX , VRAY, BIM modeling).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is must.

Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers.
