Architect Engineer
- Architectural Design:
- Develop preliminary and detailed designs for buildings, including interior and exterior design.
- Study the site and determine climatic and geological conditions.
- Calculate loads and determine structural strength requirements.
- Select suitable structural systems.
- Monitor the progress of work at the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
- Resolve technical issues that may arise during construction.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare the project budget and schedule.
- Manage the project team.
- Submit periodic reports on the progress of work
- Select appropriate materials and finishes.
- Design various systems such as lighting, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Prepare the necessary engineering drawings for obtaining permits.
