Architect
- Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to clearly define project requirements and objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and support staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling design concepts, drawings, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in architecture, with a minimum of 4 years in a design-focused role.
- Strong design and project management skills, demonstrating an ability to lead projects effectively.
- Proficiency in CAD and design software, including Auto CAD, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, and Sketch Up.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop) for design presentation and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Pay: ﷼10.00 - ﷼20.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Architectural engineering: 3 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- SEC (Preferred)
