Job Description

Communicate closely with VIP-clients, through various communication channels: Viber, Telegram, Whats App, incoming calls, online chats, and e-mail;
Analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring of their actions, search for opportunities to improve customer experience;
Analyze customer account and create an activation plan for each individual customer;
Performs daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation;
Work with significant winnings/losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients;
Work on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients;
Deal with unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals;
Work on group and individual performance indicators.

Qualifications

Ability to work at night shift;
Experienced in customer service/sales from 1 year;
Fluent in Ukrainian;
English at least Intermediate;
PC skills (Word, Excel and other programs);
Knowledge of the process of successful cooperation with clients, experience patiently and actively listening to the client;
Sociability and independence, attention to detail, organization and multitasking.
