Summary
Reporting to the Treasury Director, this role supports broad treasury functions.
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Support treasury operations in liquidity management, exposure management and banking operations. Interfaces with Banking Partners on design of banking structure, review of offering, negotiate pricing. Assists in development of treasury policies and controls and overall optimization of treasury processes. Projects as required to support business operations.
Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to:
- Manage the debt compliance process including monitoring of debt covenant. Prepare the quarterly debt compliance package.
- Prepare management reports including for month end and quarter end.
- Support treasury systems including banking portal and the treasury management system
- Assist in the optimization of bank accounts management. Ensure the authorized bank signers and payment approvers are up to date. Set up the proper fraud protection services for all bank accounts. Recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency and reduce bank fees.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial models, treasury processes and controls.
- Ensure adherence to finance policies. Respond to internal and external audit requests.
- Support team members in other functions as needed, including insurance, credit and FX.
- Support ad hoc projects and analysis and othe responsibilites as needed. Includes collaborating with cross-functional teams on M&A, integration and systems improvements.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
- Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills required. Knowledge of Power BI, Bloomberg, SAP and treasury management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask, deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to deliver under tight deadlines
- Independent, self-starter, excellent written and oral communications skills

Typical Experience
- Six to eight years of relevant experience
Typical Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Professional designation (CPA, CFA or CTP) preferred
