YOUR TASKS
High Level Description:
- Lead and steer the cross functional R&D team
- Assure the product maturity along with the agreed technical requirements
- Central responsibility for the development of a technical product
- Ensure conformity of a product(e.g. Fu Sa, Cyber Security) and fulfillment of R&D QCT targets
- External/internal customer front-end for the product engineering.
- Steering the evaluation and agreement on the technical customer product requirements including normal conditions of use.
- Responsible for the planning and achievement of the product release milestones and invitation to the review (responsible together with core team and management of the domain)
- Responsible for the technical communication towards the customer(internal/external), incl. evaluation of technical changes/plausibility checks.
- Coordinating and steering all fault and change management design activities between HELLA and the customer(internal/external
- Leading the alignment with domains and teams as well as the team collaboration agreements
- Defining and planning technical risk management along the product development and drives this input to support the project manager
- Supporting project manager in terms of commercial change management
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automation or computer science;
- You have 5+ years experience in automotive product development;
- Experience in System Engineering, Embedded Software Development, System Test, Hardware Design;
- Knowledge of ASPICE, Functional Safety and Cyber Security in the automotive field;
- Experience in leading project teams
- Analytical and structured approach;
- Very good command of English (spoken and written);
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
