Context
The program (EIP) manages the flows allowing various applications and entities of Thales Group to communicate with each other and exchange data.
This involves various types of flows (HR flows, financial flows), some of which are highly critical to the group's activities.

Context
The program (EIP) manages the flows allowing various applications and entities of Thales Group to communicate with each other and exchange data.
This involves various types of flows (HR flows, financial flows), some of which are highly critical to the group's activities.
Main tasks:
- Complex incident investigations with support from N3 (OPS or Coreteam or developers)
- The scope is EIP layer of the applicatio. A good knowledge of the UNIX system and basic networking is essential. Participation in troubleshooting workshops may be organized with the infrastructure team.
- Automation of tasks (mainly via Shell script or Ansible)
- The basic tasks include daily platform status checks and after patching (Grafana, Easy Sup, Open Search)
- Ticket management (KISS Platform)
- It is important to provide the service as quickly as possible and then carry out configuration improvement actions with the OPS
Required competencies/experience (in order of importance):
- English Speaking
- Linux: good knowledge of Redhat/Cent OS systems
- Scripting /CICD: Shell, Ansible, Python et Gitlab
- Networking: basic knowledge of networks
- IBM MQ: a commercial messaging queue solution by IBM (similar to Rabbit MQ, which is open-source)
- ACE (IBM Integration Bus): IBM's commercial solution for connecting applications to each other, which uses IBM MQ to operate
- Skills in analysis and troubleshooting
Would be a plus:
- French speaking

- On-call on Saturdays may be requested
- Tasks may be requested to be carried out at off-peak times
