Subsidy Program Manager for Partnership Management team

As Subsidy Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational assistance throughout the subsidy/grant application process, from initial identification of funding opportunities to coordinating the proposal development and writing, and successful project submission. You will also handle the continuous subsidy management as per the process requirements to ensure a fully compliant and audit-proof execution.
In line with the corporate subsidy strategy and governance , you will manage the ongoing subsidy plans and develop the future initiatives in Europe, especially in Czechia.

Your responsibilities

• Leading the creation of project proposals and submissions
• Overseeing funding applications at both European and national levels, specifically for projects in Czechia and Spain
• Monitoring submission schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely coordination and adherence to these dates
• Working with consultants to prepare application submissions, tracking applications from approval to fund allocation, and making sure all requirements are met to keep subsidies over time
• Handling financial estimations, budget preparation, procurement, expenditure, and tracking of resources
• Establishing and maintaining processes that are compliant and secure, ensuring a reliable audit trail
• Collaborating closely with various internal and external parties to guarantee strategic alignment
• Engaging with the government and consortium companies

Your team
Our partnership management team focuses on the SW R&D strategic partnerships and services, facilitate technical alignment, covers legal and license alignment related to SW development, and mediates potential conflicts. From offices in Roznov p.R., Brno, Ostrava, Zlin, or your home office, you will cooperate with corporate teams across the globe and with the key Automotive industry Software companies. Flexible work arrangement and a mentoring of new employees are standard.

Your profile
To be successful in this role you have:

• Knowledge of how to use subsidy frameworks at bilateral, regional, and multilateral levels to help drive the company's strategic goals
• Experience with European subsidy programs
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex initiatives across multiple functions
• Achieved results in a multicultural environment
• Experience with leading discussions and communicating with customers and partners
• Entitlement to work in the EU
• Excellent English and Czech communication skills

Furthermore, it is a plus if you have:

• Experience developing and documenting processes
• Understanding of the Automotive electronic and software industry
• Experience with Automotive software project

• Experience in embedded SW project management in a global organization
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Technical background in embedded systems
• Technical background in automotive projects and development processes
• Technical background in working with/integrating multiple software deliveries/dependencies
• Experience with software development contracts
