Strategic Sourcing Specialist
What critical skills are needed for this position-
- Bachelor Degree.
- Experience in Professional Services Strategic Sourcing (min. 2-3 years).
- Strong category management experience.
- Strong contract negotiation experience (Terms and Conditions such as Limitation of Liability, Warranty, Indemnification, IP, security,
- Experience in RFPs/RFQs and Statements of Work.
- Demonstrated impact in achieving category savings and working capital goals.
- Drive and execute plan with supporting strategies for key professional services needs including any legal services, financial
- Drive Total Cost of Ownership optimization through a mix of levers such as competition, price, and service design, consumption.
- Manage supplier selection, RFI and RFQ process, e Auction, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance processes.
- Manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, Amendments, Statements of Work (So Ws) from inception through negotiation,
- Manage Professional Services category strategies including spend analysis, benchmarking, cost analysis, market analysis and
- Align with key internal stakeholders to build sourcing strategy to support short-term and long-term professional services needs.
- Improve Working Capital thru Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, and other initiatives.
- Assist in operational procurement escalations, reconciliations and reporting as required.
