We are looking for a Site Initiative Execution Leader, responsible for planning, qualifying and launching the initiative into production as per defined requirements.
There are multiple opportunities to lead projects to bring new ideas to life, upgrade / retrofit existing recipes, and enable improvements / cost savings supporting productivity and operational excellence. You will be part of a unique organization based within the manufacturing plant that drives synergies, technical rigor, and focuses on delivering projects with excellence utilizing standard work processes.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates to the cross-functional team, in a clear and timely manner, the scope of projects to be implemented.
- Aligns project feasibility with the international cross-functional team and documents the results.
- Analyses and communicates the financial impact of the projects to the affected departments as well as to the Finance department.
- Reviews frequently (via CPS) with the cross-functional team the progress of projects.
- Risk assessment and mitigation capability.
- Ensures that critical project milestones are delivered on the agreed dates.
- Communicates any delays or unforeseen impacts of the project.
- Aligns and facilitates (material availability, slot availability in production plan, resource availability) the qualification plan for new materials/technologies and processes introduced through innovation projects.
- Coordinates the supply chain setup for a new material / process delivery.
- Participates and coordinates the development and execution of cost / productivity efficiency (savings) projects.

You’ll expand your knowledge based on personal experiences with industry experts and great managers who will invest in your development. Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree
- Very good speaking and written command of the English language
