Job Overview: The Sr Operations Analyst is responsible for overseeing the operations within the Central and Eastern Europe region. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that align with the company’s objectives. Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all team-related matters within the CEE region.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of regional goals with overall company objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
Identify training needs and opportunities for team development.
Liaise with partners and vendors on IT related user support.
Work with other support functions on projects and activities related to IT
Qualifications:
Qualification in technical field and at least 5 years of IT experience including 3 years in a technical customer support role.
A degree in Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably within the CEE region.
Proficient in project management and familiar with performance metrics.
Fluency in English and at least one Central or Eastern European language is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Decision-making skills and the ability to operate with autonomy and discretion.
Strong understanding of the cultural and business landscape of Central and Eastern Europe.
Troubleshooting and problem analysis.
