As a soldering operator you are responsible for manually solding very small components on a printed circuit board. You are able to make additional or changed connections where necessary. The position is performed on a day shift, but this may switch to a shift system in the future.
As a soldering operator you sold press connections, manually or by using machines. You read customer documentation and drawings on the basis of which products are produced or assembled. You repair deviations independently based on customer-instructions/specifications. You will use different tools to apply the components as accurately as possible through an accurate microscope. Think of a soldering iron, hot plate or even a hair dryer. It's precision work! Are you the candidate?
To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria:
You have some years of experience as a soldering operator/PCB board assembler, SMT/SMD operator or something related;
Having an IPC certificate (which is not mandatory, these can be obtained later on);
You have great English communication skills and are able to explain errors;
You determine the parameters for the first product and then for the series in consultation with manufacturing engineering;
Are able to read design drawings;
You are open to working in a shift system (possibly in the future).
