edclub is an innovative company dedicated to creating engaging and impactful educational experiences for students K-12. Our platform is designed to support a wide range of subjects and we are passionate about providing tools that foster both academic and personal growth for students at all learning levels.
We are looking for a skilled software developer with experience creating interactive educational content and applications. This role will involve building and enhancing learning tools that students directly use to develop critical skills in a fun and effective manner.
This role will be fully remote as our headquarters are located in Rockville, Maryland, USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement UI/UX Designs: Translate Figma design files into high-quality, interactive, and responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, Java Script, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
Design and implement UI components that are engaging, and intuitive for all students.
Participate in Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Optimize applications for responsiveness and compatibility across various devices/browsers and platforms such as keyboard navigation, screen reader support, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user interface, and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
4+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Java Script/Type Script and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Communicate effectively in English with team members.
