Skills-Omnichannel experience
Setup D365 Contact Center, Unified Routing and Assignment, Agent Experience profiles, Workforce Management, Agent Productivity, Bots, Voice, Email Knowledge Management, Teams Colaboration, Analytics and insights
Solid Microsoft platform Software or IT experience, minimum of 5 years of professional experience within a consultancy environment
5+ years of experience as either a technical lead, technical architect or solution architect with Dynamics 365
At least 5 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365
Expert knowledge of at least 4 of the following modules, Sales, Service, Marketing, Social Engagement, USD, PSA, Field Service or Portals
Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns
Knowledge of UML, BPMN and Archi Mate desirable
Able to manage or lead multiple large projects (6-24 months) with advanced organizational skills
Up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially related to the operation of a sales, marketing, and customer service departments within an organization
Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide a customer through the implementation process
Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio (1.) To design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. (2.) To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated. (3.) To continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards. (4.) To leverage domainortech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
