Waters Brasov are looking for a Senior Software Developer on a fixed term contract 12-36 months, to join their established team!
As a Senior Software Developer at Waters Brasov, you will work on projects critical to our Informatics business needs.

As a Senior Software Developer you will:
- Contributing to the design, implementation, deployment, configuration of scalable services and applications with focus on Quality and Security.
- Being part of an Agile team using good communication and collaboration skills to optimise delivery
- Following good practices and governance, including security and automated testing
- Demonstrating solid judgement in technical matters and act on the solutions under own guidance
- Training and mentoring
To be successful you will:
- Computer Science or a related discipline work experience required
- Solid knowledge and proven experience as a software developer, with exposure to elements of our back end technology stack (C#, .Net, .net core).
- Front-End Java Script Frameworks, especially Angular
- Experience working with API development or Microservices
- Knowledge and application of software engineering practices (e.g. Unit testing, TDD, CI/CD, SOLID, BDD etc.).
Desirable but not crucial:
- Working in an Agile environment
- Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), with Gherkin & Spec Flow
- Atlassian Jira, Confluence
- Software security best practices and implementation (e.g. OWASP, PKI, X509 Certificates, TLS)
- Software development for regulated environments
