Your tasks
- Develop and implement the overall “Tournaround Management ” QA/QC Plan
- Acts as a senior engineer, with overall coordination of quality according to business needs.
- Establishes the program implementation requirements, for all disciplines and stakeholders, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to those criteria
- Review, approve and monitor QA / QC plan of contractors and major vendors
- Register, monitor and carry out analysis of Non-Conformities Reports
- Recommends and verifies effective implementation of corrective action to quality issues, in coordination with all business stakeholders.
- Management of QA/QC activities in relationship with contractors for project execution.
- Ensures that the contractors fully comply with the statutory codes of practice and project specifications / requirements throughout the specific activities in terms of engineering and execution.
- Monitor and report to management on the progress of all quality activities within the department, including significant milestones and any conditions which could affect quality or schedule.
Your profile
- Master’s degree: Mechanical engineering/ industrial engineering preferred; Certified training in the application of Quality Systems is an advantage.
- Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in QA/QC, oil & gas is an advantage.
- Expertise in Project Management is an advantage.
- Specific knowledge in the IT field (MS Office and SAP PM)
- English language knowledge: fluent
- Able to control and coordinate QA/QC resources (beneficiary as well as contractors) involved in the Project.
- Knowledge of work related standards, specifications, and quality systems
