Your tasks

Management of M-Files applications at OMV Group level
Creates the roadmap and lifecycle plan for all M-Files applications for entire OMV Group. Coordinates and plans M-Files platform upgrades
Responsible for applying best practices and ensures that the chosen solutions are efficient and scalable
Investigates technically complex M-Files problems and coordinates problem resolution
Develops specifications and provides consultative guidance to project teams
Coordinates and plans M-Files solution development and implementation
Provides training and mentorship to M-Files experts at OMV Group level
Coordinates external partners activity. Coordinates user request fulfillment, service failures resolving, problem fixes, and defines procedures for it
Consults regarding technical solutions within OMV Group and advises Business Application Owners, Business Service Managers, Project Managers, Application Managers, Process Managers, Domain Architects, Department Managers, all IT Service Lines and Business regarding technical questions and possible solutions

Your profile

Master’s degree: IT (ITIL Foundation certification; Programming analyst certification)
Relevant professional experience: > 7 years / jahre / ani
Advanced knowledge of M-Files applications and architecture, in a large scale
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Advanced Knowledge and skills of / regarding: Knowledge of the lifecycle of the product; Strong technical knowledge of the M-Files platform; M-Files administration; Knowledge of Application service technologies, including cloud and on-premise solutions, and also of the financial management processes
Experience in working with databases
Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook)
Advanced knowledge of processes, roles and responsibilities on department level
In depth knowledge and understanding about shared services organizations and the service lines connections and interdependencies towards its key stakeholders
