(Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) SAP Success Factors - Brasov (RO)

Your area of responsibility
As a (Senior) Consultant for SAP Success Factors (m/f/d) and member of our growing international SAP Success Factors Consulting team, your tasks will include:
- Implementation of SAP Success Factors and integration in the existing technology landscape & HR processes
- Conducting workshops for scoping and training purposes including release management presentations
- Leading transformation projects to optimize the HR cloud systems of our customers
- Supporting our customers to continuously optimise their system environments, analyse errors, suggest improvements and operate their HR IT systems, as cloud solutions are characterised by constant change and improvement that require knowledge of HR processes and how they are reflected in the system.
Your profile
You have already gained several years of work experience in the field of HR technology as a Subject Matter Expert, project lead or IT service manager, preferably with SAP Success Factors or SAP HCM; The following skills and qualifications describe your profile:
- You hold a degree in computer science, business management or a related subject, ideally with an IT focus
- You have previously gained experience in one or more SAP Success Factors modules, including implementation and configuration
- Good understanding of HR business functions and processes
- Excellent communication skills, customer-orientated and proactive attitude, team player
- Structured, analytic and self-dependent approach to work
- Excellent command of German and English (written & spoken)
- Willingness to travel
