Sales Recruiter - Blue Collar
We are looking for a colleague who will focus exclusively on the recruitment of manual workers.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming applications, liaising with applicants, gathering important information, assessing their suitability, promoting our program, matching job profiles, collecting contract details and formulating offers.

Responsabilities
- Contact applicants and gather the necessary information about their experience.
- Evaluate and select applicants who meet the requirements of our program.
- Present the program to selected applicants.
- Ensure that candidates are a good fit for the desired job profiles.
- Being in contact with the candidate during the whole recruiting process.
- Make offers to qualified applicants.
- Collect information for the signing of contracts.
Qualifications
- Experience in end2end recruitment / Sales
- Proactive and team work attitude.
- Flexibility according to your company's needs.
- Good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of English and Hungarian is required, knowledge of Slovak and German is a plus.
- Experience in blue collar recruitment is an advantage.
