What we are looking for:
Hard skills:
Financial analysis skills business oriented;
Microsoft Office a EUR" Excel (advanced);
SAP and BI skills are considered an advantage;
English (advanced).

Soft skills:
Significant attention to details and commitment to deadlines;
Comfortable in working in cross-functional teams matrix environment;
Ability to communicate with all hierarchical levels.

Others:
Relevant academic background - Finance degree;
3 to 4 years finance (controlling and/or audit) experience in multinational environment, with proven track record (BIG 4 background is preferred);
CCA, CFA, CIMA qualification (finalized or in progress) is preferable. Responsibilities

Your day-to-day job will cover the following:
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc analysis for sales and margin for the key stakeholders;
Support the business to understand sales and margin, and potential future result;
Participate in the process of preparation of Group Reporting package in compliance with Group policies and IFRS and in the monthly closing process;
Support in all planning activities (outlook, forecast, budget, 5 years plan);
Supporting internal departments in other finance and accounting matters including analysis, budgeting, forecasting, analyses deviations actual vs forecasts / budget propose and follow actions implemented, actively look for continuous improvement;
