Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PMO Lead to join our team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate will take on the role immediately and help drive our project management office’s success. This role requires a strong background in project management, governance, and financial oversight, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Portfolio Management: Monitor and follow up on the overall project portfolio to ensure alignment and progress.
Project Governance: Ensure that project governance structures and processes are adhered to.
Internal Project Audits: Conduct internal audits of project activities and deliverables.
Portfolio Steer Co Slides: Prepare and present Portfolio Steering Committee (Steer Co) slides.
Portfolio Finance & Cost Saving Initiatives: Manage portfolio finance, including cost-saving initiatives and financial reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in managing project portfolios and ensuring governance.
Proficiency in internal project audits and financial oversight.
Strong expertise in creating and presenting Power Point presentations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding of change management principles.
Detailed-oriented with a passion for working with financials to support project managers.
