We’re Hiring: Plant Controller (On-Site) – TE Connectivity, Timișoara, Romania

Are you an experienced finance professional with a background in production controlling?
TE Connectivity is looking for a dedicated Plant Controller to join our Timișoara team
and play a key role in driving financial success at the plant level.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the annual budget and periodic forecast process, working closely with department heads to align with strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures—this is critical for success in the role.
Manage cost control processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and take ownership of the CAPEX budget.
Prepare accurate, timely financial reports with detailed variance analysis for senior EMEA Finance and Operations management.
Act as a business partner to Plant management, supporting strategic decision-making.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes.
Ensure standard costing accuracy and manage standard rates calculations.

What You Bring:

5+ years of senior experience in production controlling or financial management.
Strong knowledge of production processes, product costing, and cost structures.
Proficient in SAP and MS Excel; knowledge of modern financial tools like SAC, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Passion for digitalization and new technology implementation in financial reporting.
Strong organizational skills with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a problem-solving approach.
Excellent collaboration skills, adaptability, and a compliance-driven personality.
