Job Description
Requirements:
  • Advanced level of English is mandatory and German language skills is nice to have;
  • Basic domain knowledge (financial supply chain and logistics);
  • Independent MS Office user (especially Excel);
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Previous work experience, preferably in SAP (SD/MM module), Logistics, Supply chain, Order Management or Customer relations management is an advantage;
  • Experience in International trading, Fiscal policies, Tax structure is an advantage.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, generate, dispatch accurate and timely invoices for clients based on agreed-upon terms and pricing;
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments;
  • Customer master data;
  • Accurately apply incoming payments to corresponding customer accounts using the designated cash application system;
  • Ensure that payments are properly allocated to outstanding invoices and credits, reducing unapplied cash balances;
  • Customer and bank statements reconciliation;
  • Investigate and resolve variances in a timely manner;
  • Process customer refunds or adjustments as necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Self / Peer reviews of transactions completed;
  • Prepare reports as per the client and business needs, including but not limited to forecast, outstanding balances, etc;
  • Maintain updated SOPs.
