We are looking for a results-oriented Process Engineer with a manufacturing background to showcase their skill set in a multifaceted yet autonomous role. You will combine your proven knowledge of engineering practices and ability to analyze & develop the latest manufacturing technology, to improve all systems, production, machinery & procedures.

Responsibilities:

• You will be working across either major function: Making or Packing department
• Analyze, investigate, and make suggestions, to improve existing manufacturing or assembly production processes
• Calculate and analyse possible cost and/or resource reductions according to production volume
• Design, development, and operation of integrated production systems
• Take an active role in the continuous improvement of machinery and process systems
• Maintaining a keen eye for opportunities to implement lean manufacturing methods
• Increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and success of overall product quality
• Setting parameters for production equipment
• Participates, together with the manufacturer, in the necessary adjustments of machinery and installations to achieve the established parameters
• Participate in the internal validation of manufacturing processes

Job Qualifications
We are looking for a person who:

• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong level of English both written and spoken
• Hands on experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Process role
• A leadership mentality & ability to prioritize autonomously
• A highly motivated self-starter and finisher who can work under pressure but who will not compromise on quality
• Like to bring innovation to your work, while having the capacity to analyze situations and provide solutions
• Are organized and always pay attention to details
• Have strong analytical and technical skills and can collaborate well with diverse groups of people
• Have Office 365 skills
