Your role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in Bucharest, Rumania. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.

Your Journey

• Manage and monitor cleaning and maintenance schedule and performance
  
• Perform cleaning and maintenance inspections
  
• Replenish our storages and do inventories
  
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote positive team dynamics
  
• Help with administration work
  
• Make sure our guests have the best experience during their stay
  
• Contact providers, be present during visits and gather quotes
  
• Interactive communication with the support center for customer care solutions
  
• Other tasks related to the daily business

What do you bring to your trip

• A minimum of 2 - 3 years in the tourism industry (either F&B services, customer care services)
  
• Flexible working schedule - during evenings and weekends
  
• Romanian and fluent English are mandatory. Spanish will be an asset

• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  
• Ability to interact with various levels both internally and externally
  
• Tech savvy
