Your role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in Bucharest, Rumania. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
Your Journey
Manage and monitor cleaning and maintenance schedule and performance
Perform cleaning and maintenance inspections
Replenish our storages and do inventories
Maintain a safe work environment and promote positive team dynamics
Help with administration work
Make sure our guests have the best experience during their stay
Contact providers, be present during visits and gather quotes
Interactive communication with the support center for customer care solutions
Other tasks related to the daily business

What do you bring to your trip
A minimum of 2 - 3 years in the tourism industry (either F&B services, customer care services)
Flexible working schedule - during evenings and weekends
Romanian and fluent English are mandatory. Spanish will be an asset
Mobility flexibility
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to interact with various levels both internally and externally
Tech savvy
Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment
