Job Purpose:
Medical Representatives are responsible with effectively promoting products to a variety of customers. They work strategically to increase the awareness and usage of products in the assigned territory (counties: Brasov, Sibiu, Covasna).
Main Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders such as physicians, pharmacists, and hospitals to enhance product awareness and boost sales
- Conduct face-to-face individual or group meetings and presentations to deliver product information
- Work diligently to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic plans for efficient territory management, with the purpose of maximizing sales and increase market share
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Participate in training programs and promotional activities
- Staying informed about market trends and on new developments in the medical and healthcare sector
- Develop innovative strategies to expand sales opportunities, fostering new relationships and sustaining existing ones
About our future colleague
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, as a medical/pharma Representative
- University education (medical background or related is an advantage – human medicine, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, biology, psychology, etc.)
- Medium level of English language
- Driver’s licence (category B)
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Customer centricity approach
