Bachelor`s degree in engineering or related field;
Minimum 5 a EUR" 10 years professional experience in equipment maintenance management;
Strong knowledge of equipment management, process optimization and technical knowledge;
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills in production environment;
Experience in team management;
Ability to analyze and synthesis, organization, rigorous, prioritization;
Ability to adapt to new situations, flexibility, dynamism, speed in adapting to company requirements;
English advanced level. Manages and supervises the maintenance management unit in accordance with defined objectives;
Develops and coordinates technical initiatives in the maintenance department;
Accountable for standards, governance and processes in the management area;
Defines, coordinates and plans budgets for activity development and equipment investments;
Ensures the functionality of preventive and predictive maintenance and unplanned maintenance processes;
Proposes and implements measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility and change management;
Ensures standardized approach on the implementation of LTPM, maintenance processes and systems in accordance with internal procedures;
Coordinates, plans and manages activities to ensure technical availability of production equipment;
Manages maintenance activities in API PRO (planned/unplanned maintenance activities, spare parts replaced, resource planning etc.) according to specific standard procedures;
Ensures installation and movement of equipment respectively re-qualification of equipment and crimping tools;
Monitors, analyzes and improves process performance;
Supports inventory reduction in spare parts.
