As a Loss Prevention Analyst, you are overseeing and managing loss prevention issues within organization to prevent and minimize losses. You are assisting the Security Manager to ensure that the company and its employees are complying with internal security and procedures as well as regulatory requirements which are connected to the prospective company’s loss. Together with the Security team, you are ensuring that the H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze, investigate, identify, and follow up on deviating POS activity with focus on training needs, routines and frauds
Analyze POS data using the loss prevention system
Prepare and analyze predefined store audit reports in the loss prevention management system
Support store auditors while conducting the store audit
Build a case by collecting evidence from the loss prevention system, receipt copies, refund notes etc.
Supporting the security department in executing fraudulent investigations and interviews and report all cases in the incident management system
You follow up and analyze main KPIs and initiate actions to increase profit, balancing long and short-term plans.
Ensure profitability by reducing the losses caused by shrinkage and other identified theft
Support the store teams in their Loss Prevention action plans
Support the Security Department with administrative tasks
Qualifications

What you need to succeed:
Working Experience in relevant field or store managerial role (SM, DM, COR)
Experienced in company safety, security routines and procedures
Self-driven, taking initiative, and being able to make decisions
Are strong in planning, drive short - and long-term goals
Clear and inspiring communication, able to engage colleagues towards the loss prevention mindset
Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to changes
