Must have 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
Good understanding of Closed book of business (experience in migration).
Good understanding of Life and Pensions domain
Good understanding German Life Insurance market
Good proficiency in German language
Nice to have some understanding of the MSG product.
Should be able to analyze and understand the existing business product and process and be able to suggest future state
Understand the needs of clients and translate them into functional requirements
Analyze and document business processes
Conduct gap analysis
Define Configure and customize application requirements
Work closely with technical teams to ensure the solutions meet the needs of the client
Provide support during testing and deployment
Provide training and support to end-users
Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
Strong analytical skills and Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities" (1.)
