Responsibilities:andnbsp;

Main responsible for the office space (phisical and virtual space): maintenance, supplies, equipment;andnbsp;
Searching for new providers, maintaining and developing good relationships with the current ones and being responsible for acquisitions;andnbsp;
Recording office expenditureandnbsp;andnbsp;
Assigning and monitoring administrative and secretarial responsibilities and ensuring that the filing systems are maintained and accurate;andnbsp;
Support project managers in their work;andnbsp;
Working close with our administratorandnbsp;
