We have an opportunity for an Intern HR to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest Romania. In this role you’ll provide HR support and get involved in various projects that make a real impact to our culture, employees, and businesses. You will have the support of an amazing HR team, that will teach, guide and coach you on HR processes and activities. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities
Support the HR team on various HR transactions related to the employee lifecycle.
Support the HR team with data analytics and deep dives into metrics.
Contribute to and coordinate employee engagement activities and projects, as well as the Inclusion and Diversity actions in Bucharest
Assist implementation & execution of Training & Development programs and of talent activities.
Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Key skills and qualifications
Master's degree started (Business field: Business, Economics, HR Management, Psychology or other HR related disciplines);
Availability to work for 12 months, either part time (min 6 hours) or full time
Working rights in country of hire.
Positive and “get things done” attitude with excellent communications skills.
Fun, smart, and open-minded person who enjoys working in an international multi-cultural environment.
Strong data analytics and tech savvy with data systems and tools (knowledge of Share Point, Microsoft 365)
Some Human Resources experience, but not mandatory.
