Your job as a GTM Coordinator is a great opportunity to join an energized team, working in a fast-moving environment and playing an important role in ensuring that the initiatives with the highest potential are deployed in each trade channel. We’re looking for someone with experience in or with good understanding of the trade marketing environment, preferable from an FMCG company. You will process, analyze and understand complex sets of data in order to draw insights & propose the right Go-To-Market strategy for all the products. You will segment the universe and propose initiatives that are suitable for each segment. You should also be a great planner, able to manage projects that involve multiple departments and colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works together with GTM Manager to define the commercial model and the go-to-market strategy for all product categories, to support PMT's growth ambitions. Contributes to the establishment of KPIs and constantly evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of both implementations and planned activities.
- Develops the marketing and activation strategy in the channels, ensuring the integration of the proposals with the support allocated for all product categories in the PMT portfolio; to meet the varied needs of consumers. It considers the role of each sales channel in the development of the strategy and proposes tools (programs, services, promotions) to help implement the strategy.
- Defines the strategy of distribution, assortment, activation of LANU derived from the strategy. It evaluates the potential and analyzes in detail the results, mentioning the key points that contributed to them. Incorporates the results into future projects and ensures that they are discussed with all involved departments.
- Provides clear direction to all departments to ensure that the strategy is understood by all departments and the general directions set are respected in the implementation plan of each channel. He / She ensures that the activities proposed for implementation are prioritized in line with the business objectives, depending on the added value they bring and that all activities consider the consumer profile, the role and the specific channel.
- Developing a deep understanding of consumers in each channel, of their needs. It proposes solutions, considering the conclusions of past implementations and thus ensures a continuous increase in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contributes to the planning of optimal volumes for the product category. Collaborates closely with the finance team, marketing, supply chain and channel managers to ensure that all initiatives are properly reflected in the necessary. He closely follows the evolution of sales and adjusts the necessary in each channel.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of experience in FMCG, commercial function focusing on the analysis and facilitation/coordination of end-to-end commercial initiatives implementations
- Experience in understanding of how to work with customers / retailers;
- Good understanding of customer experience across different channels;
- Strong planning skills;
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders of different seniority levels;
- Excellent communication skills, pragmatic and flexible;
- Advanced skills of Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel;
- Excellent command of English & Romanian language (writing & speaking);
- Presentation skills.
