Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Hugging Face, Open AI API)
- Proficiency in generative models such as GPT, Gemini, GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, and other transformer-based architectures
- Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) techniques
- Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning models to enhance output
- Proficient in Python programming languages
- Solid understanding of deep learning algorithms, statistical models, and data engineering principles
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of model deployment (ML Ops), including APIs, containers, and scalability (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and AI fairness
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Your future role
- Develop, fine-tune, and implement generative AI models for diverse applications (text, image, audio, and code generation)
- Design AI-driven workflows leveraging frameworks like Lang Chain for integrating large language models (LLMs) with external tools, APIs, and data sources
- Create and manage chains for prompt orchestration, task automation, and interaction with external systems (APIs, databases, web scraping)
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate generative models into production systems
- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI (GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, etc.)
- Design, train, and deploy large language models (LLMs) or multimodal models, optimizing them for specific business applications
- Build scalable data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying generative models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Generate synthetic datasets for model training and evaluation, improving the model's accuracy and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver AI-driven solutions that align with organizational goals

Selection process
We are seeking a Generative AI Specialist/Engineer to join our team and spearhead the development of state-of-the-art AI systems, particularly those based on generative models such as GPT, Gemini, LLa MA, Mistral and other transformer-based architectures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision (CV) with a focus on creating AI models that can generate high-quality content.
