What you can expect:
- Monitor and guide the function development.
- Track the completion of processes and deliverables in collaboration with specialists for seamless system integration.
- Responsible for validation of function performance and ensure safety requirements are addressed for the Function.
- Coordinate defined work packages across the V-Model, including requirements, design, implementation, and testing.
- Ensure the completion of processes and deliverables within defined time frames.
- Act as the primary interface with customers regarding the Function.
- Ensure negotiated requirements for Functionality are met and validated for use in serial production.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership for the development of assigned applications or base functions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the development process and foster a positive team environment.
- Proactively identify and escalate any risks related to the overall project and Function targets.
- Take decisions related to both the overall project and Functionality within the project.
- Delegate tasks to related roles appointed to the project, ensuring effective task distribution.
- You have an engineering degree in computer science, electrical, electronic or something comparable
- High competence in systems engineering practices, based on ISO 15288.
- Technical experience and knowledge in automotive software or hardware development.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Deep technical understanding of sensing technology and relevant automotive technologies.
- Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 21434 and ASPICE.

Experience in Problem Solving Methodology (8D, 5 Why).
- Experience in OS-Task, RTE, BSWM, ECUM, STARTUP-CAN/ Ethernet, Shut Down-Nv M write all etc., multicore handling, ECU Knockout, Gliwa
