What you'll need to have
About you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a multi-faceted high-volume business.
- Experience in leading a restaurant team/high-volume business.
- Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines.
- Experience in a customer facing environment.
- Capable of communicating in English, both in writing and verbally.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Romanian.
What you'll be doing day to day
About the assignment:
- Contributes to the implementation the global and national compliance standards in the area of
- Ensure that every customer has a consistently excellent shopping experience by supporting, challenging,
- Ensure the appropriate processes followed and actions are taken daily to secure food safety, standards
- Implement the retail foundation and sales steering tools are in place to optimise commerciality and
- Contribute to the implementation of the unit IKEA Retail Food operations plan and communication
- Implement of the global and national people and sustainability strategies
